in size chart， the small is 30-32. But in description the waist line is 28 1/2. My waist is 31 , so which one should I buy?

What size for 6'3", 205lbs?
Your size chart is confusing. A large is listed as a US size 36-38, and a 31.5" waistline. This doesn't seem to make sense; please clarify. A couple of reviews make it even more confusing. One review states: "I am 6’0 n 195lbs and the size large fits perfectly." Another states: "Adjustable velcro waist tabs are nice but not needed for my size 176 lbs./510"/33-34 waist. Large size fits me perfectly."
Please do not merely reply with your standard answer: "Our clothing may run larger or smaller than the size you normally wear. We've prepared these size charts to help you match our standard sizes up with your body's measurements." That doesn't help at all.

Still, we recommend you check all the measures provided on the chart to confirm if that is the best measure for you

Can I return or exchange the shorts if they do not fit?
I wear a 36 US sized short and the sizing chart says I should get a large. If they do not fit can I exchange them for another size?

I followed your sizing guide and the how to measure instructions and my waist is 41 inches. There isn't an option for that. Any advice?
