Power consuption
A friend has brought this faucet.
I want to replace the battery case for a transformer 220V / 5 or 6V.
Can you tell me the Intensity needed - 200mA, 400mA ?

How to change the batteries?
My new faucet of 3 months no longer lights up. I think I need to change the batteries. How do I do that? Where is the battery pack located?

LED light is powered by four AA batteries. We suggest you submit a message for your problems.
1 Please log in your account first, and go to the "My Orders".
2 Then click on the order number or "View Details", and you will go to the order details page.
3 At the upper side of this order detail page you can see the blue link says "Ask About Customer's Duties".

led blue not working
as soon as I turn on starts as green hot works but blue worked for one day help please?

LED color changes according to water temperature. If the water tempature is lower than 30°, the LED light will be blue. If this does not work, please log in to “My Orders,” click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs.
