Does shower valve have temperature adjustment?
I did a bathroom addition and city inspection failed because they tested water temp and said that it wasn't warm enough. Is there an adjustment on the valve anywhere? Water heater settings are appropriate and water is noticeably warmer out of other bathroom.

Some valves have a safety device installed to avoid/control situations where scalding hot water temps come out. I understand you adjust the lever but hot side is barely warm.
