Dear Patra,
If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We never begin processing an order until we receive a payment from the customer, so you can easily cancel the order yourself through My Orders at any time.
If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Please log in to "My Orders" and click on the order you need help with, then scroll down to find the link to “cancel this order” and submit your cancellation request.
