thanks for the reply on addresses and costs. However I am unable to find or select USA on the drop down list ? to check if there is value in sending via a family member

delivery address
i was thinking to provide a family member's address in Florida, USA to save on shipping costs. The USA doesn't appear as a shipping destination in the drop down list?

Please log in to your account, then click ""Manage Address Book"" so you can edit your billing address.

heel type, option
i would like to order a high heel 9.5 or 10 cm but these do not appear as options in the drop down list. May i request?
