    • Custom charges

      Hi,

      The very morning of the delivery I've received an SMS notifying that I had to prepare 18.84€ in cash to pay the messenger as "custom charges". However, when I ordered the shoes I haven't been notified about an extra payment for custom charges.

      Is this amount will be paid back to me? I don't think it is correct to notify only hours before the delivery about such a high amount of extra payment.
