Length of cable

I plan to install this in a 2story ceiling 20ft high so need a cord that is at least 12ft long. Is that possible ?

are the cords able to be adjusted independently?

i have a vaulted ceiling and the cords will have to vary in length.

color temperature 5000K. Is it possible to provide the daylight of color temperature of 6000K or more OR Is the bulb changeable so that we can change it our self. If yes what type of LED bulb it uses.
