Colour of light

Hi can the bulbs be changed at any stage in this to get a cold white colour instead of warm white also is the shade all glass?

Base mounting plate

Hi,
Please can you tell me the base diameter? I have only 350mm to mount a pendant due to a sloping ceiling and a velux being in the way...
