Light Fixture Length / Adjustability Question

Can you tell me are all the bulb cords adjustable? We have almost 11’ ceilings but we want to get this to hang above our entry and because of the door I think the max length cannonly be 3’ to not hit the door, so we need all of the cords to be adjustable to the required height.
