question about order.

I ordered 7 flask gift sets yesterday. and I messed up on one of them. I wanted to do a different best man flask but accidently did the same as the groomsmen, is there anyway you can cancel one of the orders? or will I have to send one back when I receive them.

Does spaces between letters, count as characters used? For example : JONATHAN E. Is that refered to 10 characters or 11 characters due to the space
