For order tracking, please log in to “My Orders” to see if there are track numbers, or you can click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs. A customer service representative will respond to you within one working day.

Multiple items and postage cost
Hello, How do I choose four different ones and how much will the postage be to Aus, please?

Dear Clare,
You can choose one and put it into your shopping cart and then go back to the product page to chosse another one. Also, shipping rates differ from country to country. It depends on the weight of the package, the distance to the shipping address, and the shipping method chosen.
You can calculate the cost by following these steps:
1. Add the item you want to your shopping cart.
2. Open your Shopping Cart page and scroll down to “Estimate Shipping Costs.”
3. Use the Ship to: drop-down menu to choose your country of delivery for a more accurate calculation of your shipping costs.
