What if I want to change the color of my dress the next day after the order was placed ?
I placed an order today, but I think I like the Matte version of the champagne color

If you have not paid for your order yet, there is no need to contact us to cancel or change it. We never begin processing an order until we receive a payment from the customer, so you can easily cancel the order yourself through My Orders at any time.
If you have already paid for your order and wish to cancel or change, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Please log in to "My Orders" and click on your order number and use the links on the order’s details page to submit a request explaining your needs. A customer service representative will respond to you within one working day.
