Can you provide proof of Australian standards for the tapware? Saying it complies isn’t enough for my plumber or certifier. Is there a document or not?

Hello I bought this shower head which I love but my plumber is concerned it has no WaterMark stamps which indicates that it meets Australian standards. Can you confirm either way please?

Hi had one of your retro rain showers for a little while they are great! and noticed water leaking from one side the other day. When i dismantled it I then noticed this internal nut is cracked. It looks like metal fatigue failure as its on the hot tap side.
