    • Is the material scratchy?

      I'm looking for several petticoats but I don't want any scratchy child's tutu "Tulle" or some of other cheap netting like I've seen at a local store that's really scratchy and shreds. I'm looking for something soft like my mom had when I was a little girl - nylon or possibly organza but without the netting. I have a dress with sleeves made of organza so I'm using that to compare so I'm hoping this would be like that.
