Instructions? How do you know the three modes as well as how do you know it's on?
Dear Sirs,
Are there any instructions that come with this devise. I received it with no instructions inside. I charged it up.
The light turns blue. But when I push the start button, the blue light comes on for a few seconds, then goes off.
Is it on? How can you tell? Also, the three modes. How do you tell the difference? If you have insructions or can direct me to a page that has them, it would be appreciated.
