  • Where do I get the hard drive, the system came without one.

    I bought the OUKU 4CH Home Security DVR CCTV, however after I installed the cameras and went to hook up the DVR we discovered there was no hard drive in the DVR. How do I get one and what type do I buy.

    Our DVR kits don't come with hard drive. You have to buy one locally.

    Sorry for the problem made to you. In your case, you need to contact our Customer Service who is in charge of your order processing and shipment. You can follow the steps to contact the customer service for your problem:
    1.Please move your mouse to "My Account" and click "My Order" after you log in your account with us. And click the order number or view details you need to help with
    2. Then at the order details page, you will find a link in red, saying "ask about customs duties" with a yellow "?" mark just above the green bar.
    3. Please click on the link and fill in the message box with your concerns in detail about your order there.
    4. After you finish writing, please click the Next button below and then confirm and submit your ticket.
    You will get a ticket ID later for you to track in My Tickets in your account. Our customer service will and must look into your case and reply you within 1 working day.

    It comes with the hard drive but it does not come with the hard disk.
