I love this prodyct and would like to buy it for my bathroom and cloakroom. My question is this
where do I find the base plate and thread adaptor from? I have looked and looked on this sight and cannot find it. I only know about these items because I have been reading about the reviews that have been posted and cannot find these products

Is there an option/product tha'ts taller? I'd like it to be mounted on the counter but we have a bowl style sitting on the counter. I don't think this option is high enough to reach over into the bowl.
