Shipping
It says item will be shipped within 3-4 business days, then it gives me a longer shipping time. Which one do I go by because it has been way longer than that and haven't recieved anything yet.

Custom v ordering multiples to try on
Hi, How long does it take to make a dress according to my measurements? I'm very petite and depending on how a garment is made I may wear a 2, 4, 6, or even an 8. I'm also curvy for my 5' height pear-shaped. Often I have to try on multiple sizes to find the right one. I was not able to click on your return policy link.I would be grateful for any suggestions. Thank you.

1. Please finish the selection on drop-down list. Upon completion of your purchase, the estimated processing time will be displayed right above the "add to cart" button. Then it could be shipped out.
Shipping time depends on the paid shipping method:
Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
Standard Shipping: 6-8 business days
Super Saver Shipping: 10-20 business days
2. If you order standard sizes from the drop down menu, the length is according to size chart. But if you order in "Custom measurements", an extra 5cm approximately 1.97" will be added to the length to fit for high heels height.
3. If there is a quality problem we can arrange a refund or replacement for you.
