Hi, I read that for a 16w dress the circumference of the sleeve is 42cm. Everything else would fit me perfect, except the sleeves. Can I make them smaller or bigger?

Is this dry clean only?
And what is the fiber content of the dress? It would be perfect for what I'm looking for if it was in a dark color, and I know you can't do that...but if it's not dry clean only and if I can find the right dye for the fiber content, I may dye it to the color I need or find a professional to dye it. Is this a feasible option?

Length of the dress vs my height
Hi, standard size of this dress is only 1/2 inch off of my actual measurements except the heights, but since it s not a long dress, does it matter much?

The length of the dress is made in proportion to measurement from your hollow to floor. Different sizes have different skirt length. As long as you order provides the correct hollow to floor measurement, it will fit be the perfect fit.
