Can I add an extra measurement for a custom made dress?
Whenever I buy a dress with a natural waist, the waistline of the dress sometimes sits above my natural waist. If I order a dress from LITB that is custom made, can I also add in an extra measurement from the hollow in my neck to my waistline?
